All sales are final. Heaven Sent Club does not accept returns or offer refunds.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item. We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund.

Order Changes & Cancellations

All orders are final once placed and cannot be canceled. Changes or modifications can be accommodated before your order ships.
